Yes, you can paint your uPVC window frames. There are various products available on the market for Upvc painting, from standard water-based paints which can be applied with a brush to Single part (1K) and 2-part paints (2K) options which are far better of sprayed by professionals. At XOX Coatings we use only 2K products for all applications. The spraying process provides a factory finish on your Upvc without leaving a poor finish with brush marks. We would always recommend using a professional for painting your uPVC.

Yes, we replace the silicone around the edges of the window frames with a colour-matched sealant if we have not already applied uPVC trim over the top of the existing silicone.
Anthracite grey has been the most popular colour for uPVC Door and Window spraying over the last 10 years, however, we are now starting to see more black being requested. Matte black tends to be chosen more for aluminium window frames. We also surprisingly transform many dark browns (rosewood) and golden oak-coloured uPVC windows into white.
Yes, we recommend using warm soapy water to clean your sprayed uPVC windows. Avoid using solvent-cleaning products. Your window cleaner can use the freshwater systems as they would on bare uPVC windows. Please see our aftercare pack you will have received on completion of your spraying project.

We usually try to work mainly from ladders where safe to do so. However, if access will be impossible or dangerous by ladder, we would require either scaffolding or MEWP hire such as a cherry picker or scissor lift.
Our prices usually include spraying a single side of the uPVC windows and doors. Whilst we are able to spray the internal sides of the windows, there is a lot more time required to complete, as we have to protect and fully mask off each room that contains the windows.
